every month or so the gym I go to gives you a free assessment and a new workout plan.... In just over 4 week I've lost a total of 14 inches and got my body fat % from 33 to 30%! people aren't lying when they say lift weights! It's amazing for the body so go for it ladies!
Just weighed myself this morning and I've reached one of my own small goals! I saw 159 on the scale and couldn't possibly be more happy! That's officially 31lbs gone since the start of September.
