I'm 5'5 and as of today 150lbs exactly... Still too chicken to post pictures though...

It really changes your body in a good way.... I'm still to chicken to post pics but in 4 weeks and 4 days I lost 16.6 inches in total and lowered my body fat by 3% by using weights and strength training!

Since I haven't died my hair in about 2 years and it's now a mousy blond/ light brown I'm going back blond! Hopefully I'll get there by my 28th birthday in march!

Well I have to say congrats on being only 25% body fat! I agree with the post above that your "trainer" must really only want you to get some expensive sessions! My goal at the moment is to get from 30% down to 25% so go with how you feel and look not by how someone trying to make a buck says!

Just stepped on the scale for the first time in just over a week and actually lost a pound! I gave myself 4 days over Christmas to eat whatever I wanted but I've been hitting the gym hard then last few days! Pleasantly surprised!

Try eating kiwi fruit... It's proven to help you fall asleep faster. 10 almonds are a good one too! Both healthy and delicious!
