GW: 125-130. I'm a slow loser and looking to gain some muscle as well, so I will be fine with a 5-10 pound loss in 10 weeks.
Preferred work-outs: I'm a little ways through the 30 day shred, but that doesn't have enough cardio for my liking so I also throw in a bit of walking, the occasional dance class or hiking trip, a few short runs, and I LOVE HIIT in small doses.0 -
