Diet Drinks i.e Pepsi Max
So in order to lose weight, I've cut down my daily coke intake from around 3 cans to 0 cans! Anyhows, so today I had 2 Pepsi Max cans which say they only have 3 calories. Logging for MFP Late Night
I need some help with logging food for MFP. Basically, today I'm watching a program from 1am - 4am, and I will be having some snacks during it, that are unhealthyish.
