I'll go with low blood sugar considering I hadn't eat much before and water. Also no drinking, just go to sleep late and wake up late ... I'm an nocturnal creature ;)

Might be the water thing, usually before my workout, while I'm on my way to the gym I'd have about 300ml of water, although I didn't yesterday.

I've got a sweet tooth - and yeah it's a long program. So basically imagine I'd be at a movie in a cinema. And I'd prefer not to have to prepare it.

Thanks, and yeah I might try doing that because usually the times I have lunch and dinner vary. And I went 36g over for protein, although this was just today, won't be doing that everyday. Just went mad on cheese strings today+ the steak I had for dinner.
