Calories by meal
Has anyone tried eating more in the morning and tapering off toward dinner / evening? I thought about giving this a try to maximize my weight loss. Or is just a myth? Right now I am averaging almost 50% of my daily calories on dinner and evening snacks. (Although I am not really snacking that much after dinner lately). But…

Plant-Based Anyone?
I am looking to start a group or have friends who are doing the plant-based approach to their diet. I had a consultation with a nutritionist the other day that enlightened me on the subject. I really think this is worth trying as besides needing to lose weight, I need to improve my health and general well being. Anyone?

How many net calories should be my minium?

As an example, if I am to eat 1500 calories per day...how many calories should I have for each meal and should I eat in between…

Hi everyone!
Hi ladies! I am new to this group and want to share my story. I started back on MFP 3 weeks ago today. I have logged everything and have successfully lost around 10 lbs. I know this sounds great but I know this is going to slow down soon if it hasn't already. I originally had a goal to lose about 15 more before…
