Only One Pound!
Ok ... so I know we are only supposed to lose one pound a week, but I am so disappointed. I thought, usually the first week, people experienced the loss of at least a few pounds. Eating back exercise
Hmmm...I did really well today, but then I ate back the majority of my exercise calories. Logically, I should still be ok, but I've been hearing that eating them back is not a good thing. What do y'all think? Irene

Didn't want to, but exercised.
My treadmill is broken (waiting on parts), so I did some Leslie Sansone walking DVD's after work. I have to admit I really thought they would be lame. But, by the time it was all over, I had worked up a good sweat. Not so bad after all.

Hi all - I joined three days ago and am starting tomorrow in earnest. Over the weekend I just tracked my food to see how to do it, and I was amazed at the calories I can shovel in without even thinking. I think this site will be a good tool to help me learn the nutritional info of different foods. I also like it better…
