My treadmill is broken (waiting on parts), so I did some Leslie Sansone walking DVD's after work. I have to admit I really thought they would be lame. But, by the time it was all over, I had worked up a good sweat. Not so bad after all.

I love her DVD's. The two mile one...I really do feel like I worked out when done! It is much more than just walking. They are perfect when you need a "recovery from being so stinkin' sore" day. LOL0
