Hello friends. I started working at a casino and I work mostly midnights. I'm not sure how to track my food. See I get home at 7am and I stay up with the baby till my husband gets home at 4:30pm. Why are weekends so hard
My routine doesn't change the only difference is my husband is home. I can't figure why I have such a hard time sticking to my eating plan. I seem to binge more on weekends. Anyone else experience this?
