I had a revision on 8/14/14 and have been struggling ever since. I had many complictions and was in the hospital 5 weeks with a feeding tube. It really messed with my head.

I lost 120pds and gained it all back with a miscarriage and then a pregnancy I was afraid to move with. I started eating too many carbs and not exercising. I find it harder this time because I know how easy it came back.

Be more specific in your goals. How much water, when are you going to go to the gym? Plan out your week what healthy food are you going to eat? If you don't know where to start with calories the best thing would be to track what your currently eating for a week and see what changes need to be made once you know where your…

I tracked everyday :-)

It's a hard journey. Start small and make goals that are attainable. Eating 3000 cals a day you can't expect to go to 1500 and be ok and not feel like your starving. So try to do 2800-2900 for a week by making small changes. I must say it's awesome that you are tracking and that's part of the journey so that's a goal…

We normally try getting out, my husband is a very outdoors kinda guy but the weather has been horrible lately. Thank you everyone for the thoughts and ideas and…

You need to enjoy yourself and let go everyone once in a while. The important thing is getting back on track the day after. What seems to happen to most people is one day of treats/splurge leads to a week, then a month. One day will not cause weight gain, even if you eat 3500 extra it would be a pound.

Is there anyway to add more protein to your breakfast? Maybe some greek yogurt and with your snacks I would eat a protein with your fruit, like a cheese string. The protein will make it more satisfying.

It rules my mood so I try not too but usually end up doing it daily.

Do you measure and track your food to see if there is anymore calories sneaking in?

Hi Matt Congrats on the weight loss so far :-). It's hard but I know you can do it. The Gastric Bypass isn't always the end all anyway. After the initial weight loss if your not careful and keep dieting you can gain it all back like I did and end up finding it harder then ever. Good luck on your journey look forward to…
