midnight work suggestions

Hello friends.
I started working at a casino and I work mostly midnights. I'm not sure how to track my food. See I get home at 7am and I stay up with the baby till my husband gets home at 4:30pm. I sleep till 8:30 get up put the baby to bed and get ready for work. I leave at 10pm for work. I seem to be eating none stop. Should I use calendar date and track under the correct date? I'm getting so confused lol. Any suggestions from fellow midnight workers?

    As a fellow nightshifter, I have tried a couple methods. I tried tracking it by time, which I did not liked and found issues with. How I have handled it now is by meals. I eat a breakfast, two lunches, and dinner and have a section for snacks. For actually putting in, I always pick the day I first wake up. It has worked well for me so far and makes it less confusing. :)
