Stopped Smoking and Gained Weight
I stopped smoking 4 1/2 months ago and I have gained 18 pounds. I just can not stop the weight gain, I have tried walking and cutting calories but it does not seem to help. Does anyone have any suggestions because I have pretty much given up? :indifferent:

Gluten Free Diet
I just found out yesterday that I have a gluten allergey and need to start a gluten free diet immediately. Does anyone else have this allergey that can give some advise on it? I have been doing some research but it just seems a lot to take in all at once.

Is anyone having a hard time adjusting to 1200 calories per
I try so had every day but I am always hungry. I plan my meals every morning and then when it comes time to eat something else either sounds good or looks good. I think that I just need more inner strength and will power. Any low calorie suggestion that might fill me up and help with cravings? :indifferent:
