Marie I have had these shots in my back a couple of times and it really hurts for the first few days after getting the shot and then you should feel better than you have in a really long time. Hang in there it will get better with time. Watch those carbs they can be mean to you when it comes to your sugar.

Try going on Coupons.com for diaper coupons and use generic brand formula, its the same ingredients and the expensive stuff.

I am not a big fan either:sick: but I am finding that adding fruits, rasins, tuna, or chickpeas :love: helps add something to it. Just keep switching it up until you find something that you like. The wrap idea is great with a wheat wrap and fat free ranch. Sounds yummy!!!

I did some research this weekend and found several items to try plus all of the suggestions that I have gathered from this post. I also found out that should be eating between 1200-1300 calories per day + exercise calories. :happy: I can do this!!! If I can stop smoking after 16 years I can lose 28 pounds.:happy:
