Hi all! So this is new: I've started having some slight pain in my hip flexors after squatting. I did change my stance slightly—feet shoulder width apart and toes slightly pointed out. Where to deadlift
Hello! I mentioned this in the daily thread, but I'm still confused. I'm just starting deadlifts this week and have no clue where to do it at the 24 hour fitness I go to.
