eating under BMR
My BMR is 1840 according to MFP I rarely eat this. Is this unhealthy do I need to try harder to making this goal by eating more high calorie foods? Do you follow the diet that MFP provides for you? Your do customize your own? What has been your weight loss since you have started? I originally started a few months ago then stopped and officially started again December 9 and have actually lost 13lbs from Dec 9- Dec 27 Very proud of myself!!

Pasta replacements
