Update week before Christmas
Ok - - we are down to the week before Christmas. I forgot to put my weight on here last week - I was down a lb and a half - to 229.0 Now I am down 3 more lbs to 226.0 - I thnk that is due to having had a stomach virus over the weekend and slowly getting back to eating fully. Well, last week was bad for me, but considering how many days I went over my cal count, I only gained 1 lb back! Thank God last week was a large loss! I didn't do well this week - on the go with a new baby in the family and helping with her toddler and catching food here and there - just home last night and will be glad to get back on track. But at least I didn't gain! Loss - 0.2
