I completed C25K late last year and dropped off for a couple of months. I picked it up again in January, and although still slow (4.5-5 mph) I've managed 40 minutes straight on the treadmill. Bought a new set of scales yesterday that are a lot more accurate than the ones we've been using - measures all kinds of other things too! The downside is that I am now a full 8 pounds heavier on the new ones. How disappointing..... :grumble:
