Hi, Whenever I do any exercise and log it into my diary at the end of the day it says I am under my calorie goal. Do you HAVE to eat the extra calories you earn??? Will it effect weight loose, toning up if you don't?? Thanks for any advice nic

Hi, have been doing this plan for five days now and think its fab. However, where do you log your drinks?? Have been putting tea, coffee, or pop as snacks or grouped with meals. If you have a drink, can you log it towards your water intake too. Thanks
