How to record P90X day 1 workout?!
I did chest & back (workout 1) today and I'm having a hard time figuring out how to record the workout under exercise. My HR ave was 114 (which is like a walk) for 1hr (including some ab work). I keep falling off the wagon!
Some days I just forget that I'm on a mission to eat clean and lose weight so I don't log food at all...then i eat poorly, which leads to more cravings and more bad eating.....geez!
