  • WOW, you're totally awesome! Very inspiring! Thank you so much for sharing.
  • Definitely try non-fat greek yogurt for protein instead of powder if you don't like the powder. Greek yogurt is PACKED with protein and it's creamy.
  • That fitness stride thing is really funny! I don't know if i am confident enough to wear something like that around. It looks kind of ridiculous! and $50?! I'd try it maybe if it were $25 for just the bands. It would also be a really good Christmas gift exchange item!
  • I used to love anything with real ephedra in it (back when it was still sold) and I was never addicted to the stuff. I've tried various other thermogenics after ephedra was taken off the market and none are the same. the stuff they make now usually will make me feel wired & a bit jittery, then after 3hrs or so, I feel the…
  • Pomsky, Huskeranian, Huskypom, Pomerhusk.Pomersky....haahahah! cute!
  • I was just thinking the SAME thing!!! But I guess love/lust conquers all!!!! LOL!
  • I'm going to try adding it in moderation to my diet. I'm out of cooking oil anyway and I love the taste of coconut!

  • WF 365 products are a GREAT value. It's true that they carry a lot of expensive products, but I don't think it's difficult to find items that are reasonably priced. Also i find that the quality of meat and produce is far better than any other grocery store AND the produce lasts longer. I shop at various markets. At some of…
  • I believe one day of being under a net 1200 cals is no big deal. When i was on WW, this type of thing would happened all the time if you were to add in the exercise for the day. But on Weightwatchers, they don't tell you that you must make up for calories burned for that day. And I lost weight on the program. LOTS of…
  • I've never heard anything bad about too much protein alone. If you're only eating protein and it's causing you to not get enough other nutrient like fiber...maybe. I've heard some say that protein is harder for your liver to process, but i've never read anything concrete on it.
  • Have your muscle-conditioning workouts been the same? Only your food intake changed (dropping lower in cals) and you noticed that you've lost muscle? Hmm...i've got questions about muscle & nutrition.... I know people always say that besides just weightlifting you need protein to make sure you can at least maintain muscle.…
  • I didnt' know what to say! It could have been his way of saying that he liked where by fat is located (but & boobs maybe? I don't know!?) LOL!!!! totally absurd...but I got the feeling he meant no harm. who knows?! But it makes for good story-telling!
  • I need to focus more on my workouts, but i haven't been lately. I've been prioritizing my time spent and I've set my goal to at least moving (minimum would be a brisk walk) for 30min 3x/wk. but i know that's not enough becuase i lose muscle mass. I'm totally aware of all this, i have all the knowledge, i'm just having a…
  • My girlfriend's response to email to Twilight fans: Isn't he hard all over all the time (like marble)? So I don't think no blood is a problem.
  • I can TOTALLY drink alone! it's such a treat for myself to get comfy on the couch, relax with a nice cocktail or wine, sip and enjoy the flavors slowly, feel it go down all nice and warm! I wouldn't do shots on my own...that's more of a social thing. But enjoying a nice drink...definitely.
  • That's really exciting news! Thanks for taking the time to share your results. Very inspirational!
  • Hmm...I try to think about the person intent and if it was not meant to be harmful I try not to take it that way. I've had people say funny things to me. One guy I dated told me that I had "great fat distribution". Some other guy I met at the gym started chatting me up about fitness asking me how much I work out, then…
  • That's totally awesome that you got honorable mention! I'm familiar with BFL. I had thought about trying that too, but i just didn't have to motivation to keep it going. I'll join your group.
  • Thanks, everyone! it helps to hear your stories.
