When I exercise I don't lose weight?
Has anyone had a similar experience when they work some moderate exercise into their day that they don't lose weight as steady as when they are just creating a calorie deficit? My food diary is open. What to eat and when?
I am wondering what foods to eat and what time of day to eat them? Is there any benefit to eating egg whites & toast for 1rst meal vs say...cereal and milk? My trainer refuses to speak about this as she is not a dietitian...any/all help would be greatly appreciated :)
