I have tried both. I use a "shake" for breakfast. Both are expensive, however I prefer the taste of the Advocare to Shakeology (when plain) I feel that Shakeology is a better deal than Advocare. That's the general theme I've heard from various people. It seems there has to be some sort of 'secret' to how a body breaks foods down. Meaning, I've been eating more of my dense meals earlier in the day so I have time to burn them off and eating a lean protein & veggie at night for dinner.

a nice swap for mayo as well is plain non-fat greek yogurt mixed with fresh chopped garlic and a bit of dry ranch powder...come to think of it I almost always us greek yogurt as a sub for mayo in everything.
