I'm trying to teach my body to be able to run. This summer I was averaging about 1500c/day and was working out MWF with my trainer and was NOT losing…

I am currently doing a total body fitness class that meets M-W-F (45 minutes) and personal training 1-2x/week (1 hour) as well. I often don't feel sore anymore and previously that was how I gauged if my workout was working...the teacher of the class is certain I am doing enough exercise to make a difference yet I am not…

When my son was little (<1 year) I also struggled to find time to exercise. This may come off as unkind, please understand I do not mean it that way. That's the general theme I've heard from various people. It seems there has to be some sort of 'secret' to how a body breaks foods down. Meaning, I've been eating more of my dense meals earlier in the day so I have time to burn them off and eating a lean protein & veggie at night for dinner.
