Happy Friday All!
I purchased Kettlenetics a while ago...this AM I brushed off the dust and tried it again. I really like it.
Does anyone else have any experience with this DVD? If so, do you like it or dislike it? Did you get the desired results?

I am assuming it is using kettlebells. If so, I use Kettleworx and I LOVE that!! Kettlebells are so versatile and actually are fun.
