I don't think it would be consider heavy lifting since it is high rep. Usually Heavy lifting is low rep high weight.

If I can lift it more than 5 or 6 times it is too light for heavy lifting for me.

before I gave pump up and moved to the weight room

    Squats 25kg

    chest 10kg

    lunges 20-25kg

    clean and press 10kg - I think

    bicep - 5kg-7.5kg

Now I'm in the weight room close to a year later

    squat 70-80kg

    chest 40kg

    lunge with 2 x 22kg dumbbells

clean and press not really doing it but last I did was around 20kg-30kg

    bicep - don't do

I do pump and I looooove it :)

For my warm up - the big one (20lbs I think)
    Squats 50lbs
    Chest 35lbs
    Clean and Press 40lbs
    Triceps 20lbs or 25lbs
    Bicep 15 or 20lbs
    Lunges 40lbs
Shoulders (depends on the track) 5lbs weights and 20lbs on the barbell

Annnnnnnnnd I want to die after :)

Edit: 2.5lbs small, 5lbs med, 10lbs large plates

Also, I've been doing pump for about 2 years... on and off - depends on if I can make it to the classes!

I have done some heavy lifting and I currently do pump twice a week. I would not ever try to max out in class because of the number of reps. We do however have a challenge every couple of weeks that we throw out and challenge everyone to increase their weight.

I am not really even sure what the weight amount i am currently doing is but i increased this week and it kicked my butt!

I do pump, around the same weights you did and am starting to wonder what now? Much heavier isn't all that feasible but not sure about 'braving' the weights room.

    I currently do -

    Squats 25kg

    Chest 12kg

    Lunges 15kg

    Clean and press 17kg

    Tricep 10kg

    Bicep - 7kg
