Tricks to reduce bloating?
I've been better about how much and what I eat and the bloating has gone down greatly. I wait a few hours before I eat breakfast but I'm still struggling with reducing bloating. Does anyone have any tips/suggestion?

How to remedy lower back pain when walking for leisure?

Basically, it's much too cold outside for me to run when I want to and I'm looking for general places that are either free or charge a daily fee to use an indoor track or treadmill. I don't mind paying, I just don't want to have to sign a contract. Thanks!
