Can someone take a look at my food diary?

Right now, I'm trying to eat healthier than I normally do.
I want to decrease the amount of sodium, lactose, and soy in my diet. I feel like I'm either intolerant or have too much of something and not sure what.
I just started again with MFP and paying more attention to what I eat. Any advice, suggestions, are appreciated! I just need help with knowing what's good, bad, and in-between. Are there some things that are bad on my diary that are usually seen as good and vice versa (i.e. the debate with soy products). I just want to eat clean (mostly). Also if you have alternatives to anything that I tend to eat a lot of, I'd love to hear it!

Thanks!

Also how do you eat healthy when you're at someone else's house? Whenever I'm with friends, I notice my control plummets and I give into lots of junk. There's also the way they make their home made meals.

If you look through my diary and if there's barely anything healthy, I was most likely with friends. If it's mostly healthy, I was probably at home by myself.

As for the working out, I'm taking it easy because I have multiple pinched nerves that get aggravated very easily with exercise. So I only workout when I feel like it's a good day.

My only question is: what are your goals? To eat healthy? Lose weight? Gain weight?

You need to use a food scale and weigh everything. For one, your bananas all weigh the same. What are your goals?

to eat healthy and lose weight.

Okay, I'll look into getting a food scale.

So I need to weight everything? What would be the recommended weight for different types of food?

    Possible strategies when visiting friends-
1/ Always carry an apple and eat before you arrive.
2/ Drink a glass of water before.
3/ Serve small plate of food that you think is reasonable and don't go back for seconds.
    4/ Eat real slow.
Put your fork down between mouthfuls or put the cookie back on the plate.

5/ Try and reduce your sugar addiction- avoid sodas, ice cream, cookies.
    6/ Avoid chips.

I know its easier said then done. It's a slow process but well worth it!
