I was sick today so I stayed inside, ate healthy, and ended up at around 600 Kcal... what should I do? Is it okay if it's only one day?
I'm only under it by 14 or so calories... is it really that big of a deal? I mean... is 1,186 calories a day really that bad? Especially given I will likely eat over the appointed number of calories on certain days... Edit: I'm 5'4" and 19 years old...
