Looking for shoulder exercises.
I started lifting weights in mid January but my shoulders seem slow to develop. I started doing dumbbell diagonal raises the last few weeks and they seem to be making a difference. I also do front raises, lateral raises, & shoulder presses in addition to my main lifts. What other exercises would you recommend?

The last three days when I start lifting weights I get an instantaneous headache on one side of my head. I am not lifting extreme, ex: tonight I started with a military press at 40 lbs.
