Headaches with weight lifting

The last three days when I start lifting weights I get an instantaneous headache on one side of my head. I am not lifting extreme, ex: tonight I started with a military press at 40 lbs. It happened even on the day I was working my legs. Has anyone else experienced this? What could the causes be? I haven't had a headache any other time of the day.

This may sound stupid but when you breath in do you do it by mouth or nose.. I noticed if I do it through my nose I actually start to get a headache.. So I have started to breath through the mouth..

Or you could just not be breathing which would also cause it

Normally it's a breathing issue or a tensing of the neck issue.

I did think about if I was holding my breath and made a conscious effort to breath. I also put an ice pack on my neck and head during rests. Thanks for your thoughts. I forgot to mention that I did start taking BCAA's and wondered if that had anything to do with it.
