can I get away with this?
okay this might just be my lazy butt talking but if I stay under my calories and don't exercise one day then exercise the rest of the week and stay under my calori can I still lose wait and not look like I have lose skin?

work out video cardio
how do you record these they all call them self's cardio work outs but when you type in cardio or high intensity nothing shows up? not sure how it works so could some one help me? I know if you do the same work out 6 days in a row your body gets use to it so you need to change it up. having trouble with adding all my exercises.
So I'm still trying to figure all this out, I'll do an exercise like horizontal leg lifts both legs straight, crunches, french press, elliptical , ect.. and there won't be one to select?
