should I or shouldn't I?

Okay have a question when I was filling out information I clicked on moderate active because I'm a mom and a part time cosmetologist. So that being said I now have a step counter if I wear it to work should I record it in my workout diary? I have been parking farther away form work and taking the long way to the food court. Or should I not record it because it was already factored in when I was told how many calories to eat?

I wouldn't since you already picked moderate. I have a fitbit so it cancels out all the calories MFP already assumes I'd burn and only gives me above that. If you can manually figure that out w/yours than I'd add the extra.

No. Count the exercise you deliberately chose to do. Not the stuff you've been doing while gaining weight anyways.

I have a similar situation and I don't log anything that isn't an actual workout. I figure walking to shop and running up and down stairs with laundry is just part of my moderately active lifestyle. Hope this helps:)
