Is this true???? Abs is 80% what you eat :/
This girl in another forum that i'm in said this. abs are made in the kitchen! you gotta eat right. its like 80% of what you eat and only like 20% of how you exercise. I'm trying to understand how you can get abs by only exercising 20% of the time.. how is this possible?

elliptical NEW Vs. USED?
would you much rather just buy a new one or just search for a decent priced one used, say on CL. i just bought a new treadmill and now i need an elliptical but debating on new or used.

A mom: 2 years after & almost there
i't's been 2 years since i had my daughter, and i'm still not at my goal weight :( but i'm close! Slowly but gradually, it's mostly been my fault (self-control and lazyness) but i think i found the motivation again.. whelp here's my progress thus far. Does anyone else have a hard time eating healthy ESPECIALLY on the weekends. We always have friends and family come over and they always bring food... a lot..and not very healthy food.
