Eating Enough?
I am a teacher, but I am on my feet, walking all over the school all day. When I first joined MFP I said I wanted to lose 2 lbs. per week and it determined I should be eating 1200 a day. Well, with the exception of the first two weeks, I have lost barely 1 lbs per week. I am wondering if I am eating enough? I just adjusted…

Eating all my calories?
What if I genuinely am not hungry? Do I have to eat all my calories or should I try to eat them all every day?

Zumba?
I am at a loss as to how to enter Zumba in the exercise--is it aerobics? According to the Zumba calorie burner I found on another website, I burn way more than what it says I am burning. And how to I count the days I do the interval training versus with the weigh sticks versus the days I do straight Zumba?

This has to work this time...
I've done it all--Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, Phen/Fen, SlimFast, Atkins, Carbaholics, South Beach...all with varying degrees of success. Yet now, I'm 44 years old and I've never weighed so much in my life. When I think of what I considered "fat" 5 years ago? I would kill to weigh that now. What motivated me this time…
