Eating Enough?

I am a teacher, but I am on my feet, walking all over the school all day. When I first joined MFP I said I wanted to lose 2 lbs. per week and it determined I should be eating 1200 a day. Well, with the exception of the first two weeks, I have lost barely 1 lbs per week. I am wondering if I am eating enough?

I just adjusted my settings so that it now is set for me to just lose 1 lb. per week and it upped me 400 calories. I'm willing to give it a shot.

Anyone have a similar experience?
