Im finishing the 20 weeks of turbofire on Sunday 8/26 and am starting insanity on 9/4 should i take a week off and just go for a walk or bike ride each day or should i alternate between turbofire hitt and lower/upper/abs for the week before i start?
Im starting insanity in a week and a half. i want to follow the nutrition plan but am looking for help on how you figure out what percentage of your calories come from where if you are eatting something not int he guide please help ;)
