Can I brag for just a second??
I just figured out that today is my 100th day of just drinking water and not eating ANY extracurricular treats. If you would've told me back in July I could do this especially during the summer I would've said you were nuts. Pretty exciting! I can seriously thank MFP and my friends on here for this mini goal.

Should I still workout??
I'm still quite sore from lifting on Thursday but I really want to turn in another great workout today. However, I'm still sore. Any advice? I'll still hit cardio really hard. If I miss today I won't be able to do it again until Tuesday.

People with sit-down jobs
My job doesn't allow for "free" exercise. The last three months I've been walking before work and during my lunch. I started out losing like crazy but it has slowed down quite a bit. What are some other ideas besides sitting on a ball. It's a professional setting so that wouldn't look good.

Lifting while in ketosis
My chiropractor/friend is trying to get me to try a program that includes being in ketosis for up to 6 weeks. I've read many articles discouraging this especially if you like to lift weights. Weights have become a big part of my weight loss routine the last couple of months. Does anyone have some advice in this area???
