An old favorite with hardly any calories 1/2 cup of light and fit yogurt 1/4 cup of blueberries 1/4 strawberry halves its a great treat for snack time! The light and fit yogurt has the fewest calories of all I have seen

Staying focused
OK, I did this about a year ago and it worked, but I have been off track for a while and realized I was up in weight again!
