How accurate are the scales on the wii fit board?
I have just bought a wii fit, and it tells me I am a different weight to what my scales tell me. It also tells me I have gained weight when my other scales tell me I've lost it! :huh: My daughter tried and the wii fit said she was lighter than my scales said, so the other way round to me. Hiking vs walking
When logging exercise, at what point does Walking become Hiking? I live in rural Wales, and often when I go walking it involves steep hills, forest tracks etc. So harder work than just walking on tarmac or pavements. Urgh, bad day yesterday
After a really good week I had a very bad day yesterday. I knew it would be - 3hrs driving plus a rock concert was never going to be conductive to healthy eating and exercise (unless you count the bouncing around to the music as exercise lol!).
