Stage 1 Question
When you just start, are you doing just 2 sets of each? I know somewhere in the book he said it's ok to do 2-4. It just seems like such a short workout doing only 2 sets.

Need to eat more, but how?
I'm having a hard time eating back my calories I burn. My stomach has shrunk so it doesn't take much to make me feel full anymore.
