Just curious. Sidesteel do you work on overhead press? Mark Rippetoe seems to be one of the few well known guys to emphasize it.
Does anybody else get fatigued and slow witted on MFP's calorie level recommendation? It recommended 1710 cals a day for me at sedentary lifestyle, not including workouts. I do weights two or three times a week for 1 hour and run twice a week for 20 minutes. It went ok for about two weeks but now I just can't sustain it…
