1300 calorie meal plan?!
Soooo as u guys guessed it that's my calorie I take for each day! I can barely eat anything! Anybody have some tips on foods I can eat without feeling guilty?! Or foods that I can consume in large quantities with minimal calorie intake? Thank u :)

fruits & veggies don't fill me up?
Is it just me or am I the only one who thinks this. I had half a cup of strawberries, 1 mandarin orange and a medium sized banana for a snack (not all at the same time but half and hour to an hour in between) and i was still hungry? is it just me?

Do you guys eat back all the calories you burn exercising? Or do you maintain a low calorie diet and exercise, keeping the overall net calorie intake pretty low? i eat 1320 calories a day, and after i exercise i burn about 300 calories (at the least 200) this would keep my net calorie intake at about 1100. Is this bad? Am…
