Do you guys eat back all the calories you burn exercising? Or do you maintain a low calorie diet and exercise, keeping the overall net calorie intake pretty low? i eat 1320 calories a day, and after i exercise i burn about 300 calories (at the least 200) this would keep my net calorie intake at about 1100. Is this bad? Am I eating too little? On the days that I don't workout , should I just keep this 1320 calorie diet since I'm not exercising? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I don't want to be eating too little that my metabolism slows down and I don't lose any weight. Ps I am 5'2 and 136lbs

You dont have much to lose, so I would recommend u eat the exercise calories back. work on fat loss rather than just weightloss. Lots of strength training!0

I have always been battling the debate of whether to eat back calories or not.
Then I saw this post (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/713460--eating-back-exercise-calories-simple-breakdown) and it's pretty clear to me.
Good Luck!0
