Eating Late
We normaly don't have dinner until 8 pm or after, since that's when my husband gets home from work and I insist everyone sit down together. Is eating this late sabotaging my efforts? Supplement exercise for toning ??
For cardio, I ride my bike 2 - 3 times a week. I'm up to 11 miles in an hour, and add more distance every day - this is exercise I enjoy :smile: On the days I don't ride, I walk for abour 45 minutes to an hour at a brisk pace.
