I don't like meal prepping
I KNOW meal prep is a good idea. It stops u going for quick fix foods when ur hungry ect ect but I really do not like to eat food that has to get warmed up. I think it tastes horrible. I prefer my food freshly done! Any alternative?

Weights loss: lifting weights & no cardio
I hate cardio. I find it really boring and makes me lose motivation! Is it possible to lose Weight by lifting weight at the gym including the machines not just free weights and no cardio aswell as a clean diet. When I say clean. slim in 6 beginner!!
So i just started day 1 of slim in 6. my legs were weak by the time she instructed to do lunges! i couldnt believe it. my Legs were sore the next day, walking up stairs slightly hurt! but im happy, i know its working, im just hoping to see results by week 6! im finding it hard to find something healthy to eat when im just…
