Help me understand how to figure TDEE/BMR
Have no idea if I am eating the correct amount of calories. Just been going with the 1200 MFP threw at me. I am 72 yrs young, 5'3" and have lost 8 pounds in 8 weeks but would be interested to know if I could eat more calories and still lose. Also need help losing belly fat.
