Ok so yesterday ii weighed myself at a gnc store and weiighed 164 not too bad but not were I wanna be but what really caught my attention was that the little paper they give u said I had 50lbs of fat mas.. holy crap..=-O so I was wondering if there's anything I can do food/exercise wise that will help with fat. fitting in my workouts
Ok so I was wondering how you guys and girls fit in your workout to your busy schedules?? I have two kids ages 5 and 1 and a half and on most days find that there aren't enough hours in the day.

Ok so this whole week I've been really outta line and have been going over my calorie count but today tops all the other days and i don't know what to do. I'm starting to stress out and don't know how to get over it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated at this time. Thank you all

Ok so I've been noticing that when I start to sweat I start to break out on my face and I was wondering if any of you have experencied the same. And if so what do you use to wash your face and get rid of the breakouts. Thanks in advance.

HELP LOSING THE LOWER BELLY!!!
OK SO I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT AND TRACKING WHAT I EAT FOR A COUPLE MONTHS AND I HAVE ALREADY STARTED SEEING A CHANGE IN MY LEGS ,BACK,ARMS,FACE AND BELLY BUT I STILL HAVEN'T SEEN A CHANGE IN MY LOWER BELLY. SO DOES ANY ONE HAVE AND IDEAS OF HOW TO GET RID OF IT.
