Hi everyone, so I've been checking in every few days or so, and it keeps saying that i'm gaining weight but losing body fat. I don't necessarily think I'm gaining muscle, but i went from 112-115 and my body fat went from 14.6%-10.5%.......can anyone help me understand this?
