Freaking Long! First of all...I hate yoga, and I only made it through 40 of the 90 minute workout. Please tell me it gets easier and that I will be able to last the entire 90 minutes. Really though, how many downward and upward dogs can one person do anyway? Holy Smokes!
If so, I think I really need to try this. Can I do this in conjunction with P90X? Anybody have before and after pictures of the Branzilian Butt Lift?
My calorie intake for the P90X program is supposed to be 1800 daily. Is this actual or net after the P90X exercise calories?

I am starting the P90X tomorrow, and was wanting to know how many of you seasoned P90Xers follow the nutrition plan. Does anyone have any before and after pictures they are willing to post from day 1 to 90? Also, how hard is it to stay commited and motivated to complete the full 90 day program?
