Brazilian Butt Lift....does this really work?

If so, I think I really need to try this. Can I do this in conjunction with P90X? Anybody have before and after pictures of the Branzilian Butt Lift?

    This is a thing I have never even heard of.... lol. Now that I know it exists, I'm curious though. Is capoiera involved?

    I haven't tried it but from what I've seen it looks like a lot of leg exercises put together in different ways to help maximize their effectiveness. I think a lot of these videos will work as long as you also follow a balanced nutritional plan.
