losing weight by sleeping
Hi all, I ate a massive chicken korma last night and decided to weigh myself before going to bed. My scales said 58.9kg. I woke up this morning and weighed myself again clocking in at 57.4kg. how many calories do you burn in insanity workouts?
I worked out for me, given my height, my heart rate and age that it's about 300 - 400 calories per workout, which seems a bit low given the effort I put into it everyday.... does this seem right to others.
